CAN I GET MORE DISCOUNT?

Thanks for your interest in our items. There are fixed discounts and coupons in our store, you can use them if you meet the conditions. Unfortunately, we can't offer more discounts.

 

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in separate packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!



WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We dispatch orders straight from our numerous domestic and international warehouses, committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. As our offers are highly sought after, the expected delivery time to USA may vary from product to product, taking approximately 1-2 business weeks. Similarly, delivery times to the other countries may also vary, taking approximately 1-3 business weeks due to the distance traveled and customs procedures. However, please be aware that these timeframes are only approximations, as the popularity of our offers can impact delivery times.



WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

We provide tracking information for all orders placed with us. While we make every effort to ensure smooth delivery, we regret any inconvenience caused if your order is held up at customs, returned, or lost during delivery. Just so you know, we have no control over the postal service.



WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

Our website lists prices without taxes for customers in the US and Canada. Consequently, you may be responsible for settling duties and taxes once your order reaches its destination country. Your local customs office will determine the final destination, where you may incur charges for import taxes, duties, and related customs fees. Payment for these charges and taxes falls under your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs department in your country.
